Following the success of its First Phase, we are happy to announce that 28 new plots of land have now been launched!
A 118-hectare smart city project within offering new freehold residential opportunities set in a rural landscape, with a focus on well-being and sustainable living. Available only to Mauritians and foreigners holding a residence permit (purchase of only one serviced land, in their own name, is possible for holders of such a permit), which may be resold on the international market at any time, following the construction of a villa.
